"IN-PROCESS"とは進行中を意味し、"その服が出来上がる過程にある美しさ"と定義し、洋服のオーラを捉える事をコンセプトとする。
古着を解体し独自のバランスでの再構築や、オリジナルプリントや刺繍のテキスタイルの世界観など、不完全さに見出す新たな美のストーリーを作り出す。
クリエイティブなタッチと洗練された感覚で、高揚感もたらすコレクションを展開。

IN-PROCESS Tokyo is an independent fashion brand based in Tokyo, Japan. Founded in 2009 by Yurika Ohara and Steven Hall.
known for their expressive prints, delicate embroideries, original textiles, reinterpreted avant-garde construction and relaxed styling.
The collections include womenswear ready to wear and accessories that are visually guided by a deep delve into seasonal themes, reconfigured silhouettes and an intricate exploration of textile creation.
IN-PROCESS Tokyo exists in a reality between the familiar and imagined.
デザイン・デュオのスティーブン・ホールと大原由梨佳は、ロンドンのセントラル・セント・マーティンズ美術大学で出会い、共に2003年に首席で卒業。
2006年、ロンドンにてブランドを立ち上げる。
春夏2006に、ブリティッシュ・ファッション・カウンシルより新人デザイナーに寄与されるNEW GENERATION賞を受賞し、ロンドン・コレクションにてデビュー。2シーズン目から、パリでも展示を始める。
2009年より、「IN-PROCESS Tokyo」(イン-プロセス トーキョー）へ改名し、東京を拠点として活動。
秋冬2010/11より、東京コレクションランウエイショーにて発表。
2014年 DHLデザイナーアワード賞受賞。
デザイン・ディオが作りだす、遊び心のある表情豊かなプリントや繊細な刺繍などのオリジナルのテキスタイルや、アヴァンギャルドなカッティングとリラックスしたスタイルを併せ持ったクリエーションに定評をもつ。
2023年よりサスティナブルなクリエーションを取り入れている。
他業種とのコラボレーションやライセンスなど、その独特なプリントワークを活かしたデザインで、ファッション以外でも作品を発表中。
